As co-owners of West Michigan-based Ultimate Caulking, siblings Edgar and Allison Castillo work together to get that “WOW!” moment from clients and customers on every project.

Allison watched her father run a business for many years, often using her skills to assist with operations, billing, and paperwork, making her role at Ultimate Caulking a natural fit.

After years of experience and constant learning, Edgar turned his skills and entrepreneurship into a business, attracting local and national clientele within the first year of business.
